Those who cannot find the music icon : click on apps and it will show you “ more from Canva “ and under that you’d have “music” or “audio” option

The only icons I have on the side panel are design, elements, text, brand, uploads, draw, properties and apps. No music icon. Is it an added app?

I don't have a music icon, I have an audio icon. In the audio icon, "availability-free" is not an option.
Why does mine look different? Where's the free music? All I'm showing is paid for music.
