I think he's drinking again, heavily. Looks like he has been drinking. But I think she caught him cheating and wants out. He was a drug user and alcoholic when she met him. She helped him to sobriety but gets no credit for that. Jennifer Garner does get credit for helping him after he slipped back into his bad habits. What I don't get is why Jlo and Ben got married. She should stay single after this. Nothing wrong with having a boyfriend and not marrying him.
