I stopped going to Dunken when the one near me stopped letting people in because of Covid, but never reopened the inside of the store. You now have to go only through the drive through. it's ridiculous. I walked in and they literally yelled at me and told me to leave and go through the drive-thru in 2024. I just left. F that.

Remember when businesses used to be focused on the product and not agendas that do little to nothing with the actual business? Oh, wait that went away when hiring based on skills, qualifications, and experience went away. For some reason businesses let Social Media dictate their business model. I'd say focus on quality product(s) and delivery and consumers will show up.
How hard is it for a company to just make overly expensive caffeinated drinks. The all that they had to do was just continue to make their overpriced frappuccinos, espressos, and whatever. Instead they have to go pandering to the woke, and as a result they screw up everything. Again I ask, how difficult is it just to make overly expensive priced coffee that people are willing to pay without having an agenda or message shoved down their throat?
