Mark Wahlberg, The Rock, Chris Hemsworth. These are celebrities into fitness who often promote their physiques online. This is fine! If you can use it for motivation you should, but always remember that ultimately there’s a reason behind it and that it’s best to ignore it. Focus on YOU! Then you can never lose.

Most people in my age group who train consistently and eat well have testosterone levels that are within range. TRT is not the answer if there's no legitimate medical need. Now he might need it if he took steroids in the past (we don't know for a fact that he did), but if he's always been natural and has no health issues causing his test levels to drop, then he doesn't need it.
I think it's dangerous for you to be saying everyone my age should be looking into TRT. Age related hormonal decline alone is not enough to warrant TRT, and life-long exercise for the most part neutralizes that decline. Sarcopenia isn't even an issue for people who weight train, and age-related hormonal decline is likewise negligible for people who weight train. You need to have something seriously wrong with you to require HRT.
Turmeric to boost testosterone and melatonin to boost GH are sufficient to treat most age-related decline, which isn't even an issue yet for a healthy 50-something.
I started lifting in 1974 as a grown man with a body weight of somewhere in the 140 lb range with a height of 5' 8'. I quickly put on muscle, had to buy new clothes, daily life became easier do to the extra strength i acquired.
To make this short 23 years ago i have quadruple bypass surgery in april then in August I returned to the gym and hit it right from the get go.. Now after the pandemic at 72 years of age I returned to the gym and again am feeling better and because of the strength i have regained my daily chores have become much easier, my clothes fit better etc. In short when I am in the gym all my problems melt away like butter. Mentally and physically I am in better person and will continue this until i just cannot, I hope that day never comes. Thanks Simon
