Can you tone down for a bit because I'm not a mother tongue of English, it's utterly difficult for me to catch up with your strong sexy British accent for me. By the way, you speak with lots of British slangs, informal idioms so I find it formidable for me to pick it up suer soon as immediate reaction as possible. My routine for Bulking
