What is Shape Up?
Shape Up is a fitness game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It was released on Xbox One in November 2014 as a Kinect title. It was officially announced by Ubisoft at Electronic Entertainment Expo 2014.

People rag on the Kinect but to me its just fun. I like Arcade stuff. I'm just a big kid and think its great!

I loved Step Up, my childhood game.. Push Them Up was my favorite.

its a good concept but way too gamey i was hoping it had more realistic exercise moves. don't get me wrong i know its a game at the same time it just looks and feels stupid. I do a lot of calisthenics and some light weight lifting would be nice to have a game if they could track my progression and make sure I'm doing the exercise correct also that fitness instructor does not look like a fitness instructor or even sounds like one. the fitness instructor should be able to tell you exactly what muscle groups you are working out and what your going to be feeling, the concept is good but the game is meh!
