I've only seen Redline from this list. I might try to watch Perfect Blue, Steamboy, and Summer Wars since they look cool. I tried to watch Akira, but got bored for some reason, I probably wasn't in the mood to watch it.

The end of evangelion is the greatest anime movie I've ever seen, but not everyone seems to like it... Yes, evangelion is a bit weird and depressive

Umm I think you got the story wrong to summer wars XD
It's about a boy who plays as a fake boyfriend and he is sent a message (with a Sh*t tone of numbers) which is a password to this online world and he has to help them fight the Virus attacking it.

1. Any Studio Ghibli Movies should be watched, PERIOD. 
2. I din't like the visual style of the movie too much...

Perfect blue was brilliant; it draws your attention to so many things to the point where you question what the primary story is about - making you drop your guard until the it is ended so superbly.

I highly recommend Tekkonkinkreet, Paprika, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, Tokyo Godfathers, Wolf Children, Millenium Actress, Metropolis, Neo Tokyo, Roujin Z, Jin Roh, Memories, The Princess and the Pilot, and of course, all of the Studio Ghibli films :D
