I have the ppw 2, is there a substancial difference to the ppw3?
What is the difference between kindle and any andriod tab or ipad? we can read on andriod tab too then why need kindle?
Does it save highlighting and notes with the book indefinitely? Even if you put it back on the cloud then back on your device? Can highlights AND notes be added to the same text? Or is it a "this or that" feature? Can vocabulary list be downloaded from device to computer as a text document or PDF or ?
I dont have the lighbulb for brightness how do I get it?
do you need to be online to use dictionary?
What is this?? even when swiping from a page to page, i can see the flickering. doesnt it bother anyone else?
is it normal that everytime he hits a setting or function, the screen flickers?
Hi. I am trying to decide which ebook reader to buy and my options are the Kindle Paperwhite 3 and the Nook Glowlight. Which one would you recommend? I have understood that the light on the Kindle Paperwhite can't be entirely switched off and I'm afraid that this would hurt and annoy my eyes.
Can it zoom-in every part of a PDF?
Hi!
I'm looking to purchase my first ereader ever, and my main priority is to be able to read without hurting my eyes.
Which would you say is better for that: the Paperwhite or the Voyage?
I have paper white model. I'm not able to convert my professional pdf books in kindle format. I uploaded file to kindle cloud through email. Still when I open this downloaded/converted file and zoom to bigger size, file doesn't fit to the screen like kindle pdf. Please suggest.
Good review. As a newbie to e-readers, I need some info. Would you tell if I could connect it to my desktop PC and transfer PDF files to this Kindle Paperwhite?

My paperwhite throws an error when I share quotes on Facebook. My FB has given permission to amazon app too. Any solutions?
Hello,
Could you mention the name of the font u are using as publisher font? I like it, you have a good taste about fonts.
Nice/useful review. Thanks 🙂
sometimes people are just strange.Magazines,ebooks,e-newspapers are so rich in color and they do allot of hardwork to make them look beautiful then people go and buy a BLACK and WHITE ebook reader to read them ???? lol. what absurdity is that ?
Hey i got a question, how does it works with scanned pdf's? im really looking info about it but nothing really clear, i would really appreciate your opinion! thanks
HI i have a question will this ereader features work in canada?
can i upload my pdf files on this to read..from dropbox?
thanks for the quality review.
Slow down!!!
I'm amazed how little you (and other reviewers out there) are impressed with the upgrade in resolution. If you read for hours and hours, the screen and its resolution become one of the most (if not the most) important things about this device. Form factor, piano finish on logo, weight, even front light, share on twitter, goodreads, even UI (which is something they def need to improve): the importance of all of these pale in comparison with the quality of the screen. Sharper letters / more ppi = more reading time, which I'd imagine is what you want.
Each time I watch an e-reader review, it seems to me that it's made by someone that barely reads on an e-reader.
I have a question. I see that you can highlight and add notes to a PDF file in paperwhite. Now if I transfer that PDF file from paperwhite to my PC, does that highlighting and notes stay? Or is it only for showing on the paperwhite. Would be really helpful if you kindly answer that.
The adverts would drive me mad, personally I don't think you should have to pay to remove it, great review by the way!
Antiglare display? …it doesn't seem.
what font did you install into calibre that was darker?
Hi there! Thanks for the review. I currently have the old Kindle 6' E Ink (which got the buttons). It is still working perfectly fine, but I am attracted to upgrade mainly for the built-in light (as I love reading at night). I am just afraid of the touch screen. I'm pretty used to using the buttons and holding it that way. I think it might be more prone to have a shorter life than the non-touch one? Like more issues, freezing etc? But im thinking that any versions coming up will still be a touchscreen and I will end up buying one in the end. What do you think? Do you recommend me upgrading or leave myself with this current one?
