Plus every single person on the Royal Nay ship will be better trained and more experienced than those on the Chinese ship. The war in Ukraine is highlighting how important training , experience and tactics are.

The Su35 is not better than the Chinese aircraft. Both the Chinese J10C and J16D are reputed to be superior to the SU35 with better radar and longer range AAMs

@oscarrlee18 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

Hmm how good are your videos? The new UK carrier cannot get out of the harbor. Now they can’t afford the gas

@joshuamcgregor7723 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

I want a hypothetical UK vs China (No allies for either)

@arakami8547 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

I'd love a similar scenario revisited in the future, specifically I'd love if you'd cover a QE CSG to a Shandong CSG, both with full aircraft complement and modern escorts. The QE would get 2 Type 26s and 2 Type 45s, whilst the Liaoning would get 4 Type 052Ds or Type 055s.

@Amen-Magi August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

UK made LHA its only can use f35

@tommurphy2332 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

Given that the Chinese carriers are much more likely to go against an American carrier, it would seem obvious that this comparison should be analyzed. Maybe its too close to comparing a Russian carrier to an American carrier and the Binkov sock puppet might find himself "washed up" because of political circumstances.

@liudonghuang7611 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

BTW, your model gave for the f35 is a little bit oversized.

@liudonghuang7611 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

Just see how intimidating the QE carrier is even without airwings. She and her twin PoW will be continuously growing in strength throughout their service life. There is no chance for Chinese carrier to be so capable until they bring about their type 004 carrier with 5th gen fighter embarked. QEs are the cutting-edge of modern carrier technology, quite comparable to the US's Fords.

@tritium1998 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

So this BS comparison was more about planes rather than the carriers themselves. I also noticed how it doesn't talk about the disadvanges of the QE-class not having an angled flight deck, jet blast deflectors, arresting gear for conventional landing, and non-spinning AESA radar.

@jonathanryan9946 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

Can an aircraft carrier with a bar beat a carrier that is is based upon a Carrier that was being converted to be a Casino?

@fatgirlboy9341 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

queen elizabeth should have some hidden new technology compare to the Chinese ship ?

@fatgirlboy9341 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

let’s compare it with the up coming type 003

@ingurlund9657 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

I thought a QE was 65,000 tons standard load. You said 50,000 empty but I think standard is empty. The old US Kitty Hawks were 61,000 standard and 82,000 full load.

@andyman8630 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

the F-35 doesn't need to carry its' own weapons at all! due to its' connectivity, it can fire and guide any missile from any platform, including satellite launched weps

@drewfierman3834 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

3:00 actually it can carry 2 Naval Strike Missiles or 8 Sea Spear missiles internally for anti ship

Edit: LRASM/JASSM and JSOW have similar size and JSOW can be carried in internal F-35 bay, so in future F-35 will carry LRASM/JASSM internally

Edit 2: I realized LRASM/JASSM and Sea Spear aren’t integrated into F-35 yet, but my point about the Naval Strike Missile still stands

@meteor1807 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

Royal Navy carrier strike group would certainly destroy the CCP Navy.

Where do they refill when running out of oil since they are not nuclear powered?

@siisaac9951 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

Have you like myself and billions people brought Chinese goods from your local shops or super market always Dodgy crapp cheap, Chinese are the best at duplicating everything but their goods are shear crap cheap, the USA and UK would win any war militaryily

@ciaran_telfer_18 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

Britain should have a policy of always having a better navy than China

@1701Larry August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

OK————– Good Going Binko. The only flaw I see for the Brits is that they will only have 2 of them. And even the Nimitz needs to have at least 3 carriers to perform a class ONE Strike package and the Nimitz carry's twice the aircraft as the Queen. The Brits need to spend the money for 2 additional Carriers to make sure they can rule the modern waves. Strike when they need to. Which they should be able to afford once they leave the EU (stop flushing billions down the toilet each year to the EU while making their own trade deals) and recover from the China Virus.
.————–. What is nice, is that the US Marines are assigning F-35 squadrons to the Brits for their first deployment since they lack the numbers of needed F-35's. I hope it is permanent until they can procure their own F-35s. Though instead of cutting back on the rate of procuring F-35s, the US should go ahead and pay for a Higher rate of production to provide not only the F-35B's for the Second Brit Carrier more quickly but provide additional F-35C's for the US Carriers now as the Tensions with the Chinese increase. We need our best fighters on our front line Carriers now not a decade from now. Including the new refueling drone (that will double the range of our fighters) now. That should be easily produce at 2 to 3 times the rate of the F-35 equipping our front line carriers by the end of the year. And if the Marine Commandant really is stupid enough to kill the Marine F-35B, the Navy must take the marines slots to speed up procurement. But then. If that is true: the Marine Commandant needs to be fired. It is bad enough that he is getting rid of the few tanks they have and most of the Artillery pieces. That will result in our marines trading bodies for hard points. But killing the F-35 just insures that the enemy will drop bombs on our marine's heads, landing craft and shooting down V-22's before they can even get into combat. Again trading bodies for successful (SiC) assaults. That is if they can even get to the Beach alive with inadequate air cover and support on the beach.

@andrewtaylor940 August 21, 2024 - 9:28 pm

And now three years on from this video how does it hold up? Hmmm? The QE is in service, getting ready for its first world tour. The F-35B is looking to be a far more capable aircraft than the naysayers were saying a few years ago. The early reports of it being out fought by F-16's weren't using it's more dynamic features. Including the fact that the plane can dynamically reprogram it's flight profile on the fly. The F-35's sensor are amazing. So good that with the special helmet the pilot can see a full 360. He can see through his own plane. And the QE has just taken delivery of her first full set of her own F-35's. 3 years early. As the more advanced V-22 Ospreys come online the QE and PoW will have airborn refueling capabilities and some advanced airborne sensor suites.

The Chinese J-15 however, is not faring well. It's not the plane that China needs to make their carriers work. It's a complete disaster.
