If we analyze the whole scheme, they did anything to eliminate the 2 Romanian gymnasts and bring her up to the podium. And now they claim Romania has somebody in a "high place". What a shame.

Per news reports today, Dr. Hamid G. Gharavi, head of panel for COA for Sport (CAS) that ruled against Jordan Chiles’ bronze medal, faces backlash. New documents reveal he has been representing Romanian interests in arbitration proceedings for over 10 years. Despite USA Gymnastics providing supporting conclusive evidence that USA submitted their appeal prior to the deadline, he's not going to overturn their decision. THIS IS DEFINITELY A CONFLICT OF INTEREST, THAT GARNERED A BIASED, UNFAIR DECISION AGAINST JORDAN CHILES!!!…Therefore she should not have to return her Bronze Medal!!!
Its all good. Every country better come with it in 2028! Olympics will be in USA, will be a Redemption Tour Part 2. Chiles will come back with a vengeance and Team USA will also. They just didnt like that podium picture thats all… just know there will be many more where that one came from and you wont be able to take it away next time. Judges need to be ashamed.

Hamid G. Gharavi chaired the panel that resolved the dispute in favor of a Romanian athlete despite having a long relationship with Romania’s government. That's called cheating and corruption
The Romanian gymnast should reject the medal based on the fact her score was not better than Jordan. Not Jordan’s fault the judges dropped the ball but she’s being unjustly punished. The Romanian gymnast medal will forever have an asterisk next to it.
Thecrazy thing is that the US review passed in the first place. Both athletes are victims here. There should be rules preventing reviews for last minute minuscule point reviews. I mean the US coach themselves said they didn't think it would go through and just tried because they "didn't have anything to lose". That's ridiculous. There should be an incentive to not ask for a review without a solid reason to.
When Trump takes the power again he will get the medal to the USA. Maybe not for that particular ethnic girl but for MAGA USA.

At this point I don’t understand why Romania basically wants a pity medal. like we all know you didn’t earn that medal. you played to the unclear wording of a rule to try and secure a medal. The first argument they had was about how it was unfair that Jorden won and it put strain on Ana’s mental health, but where are those people now that the table has turned and it Jorden getting stripped of her title? Honestly so disappointing.

Jordan's exercise was two times much better and difficult than the entire romania's team. Simple as that. Nobosy should touch her medal.
Doesn't the United States understand "rules?"…..absolutely nothing to do with liking somebody or not. Typical people whining when things don't go their way…reminds me of Trump. Whine, whine, whine….what is happening to our country?
Where is the evidence that shows the inquiry being submitted 4 seconds after the 1 minute deadline? And now that the US is showing them it was submitted twice at 47 seconds and 55 seconds they refuse to review that evidence. So basically the appeals court is now refusing to admit that they made a mistake as well. Also the conversation should be between the placement of Jordan and Ana. The other Romanian gymnast was either in 4th or 5th place. I don't understand why some people are say give the Bronze to both the Romanians. Also Jordan's coach submitted the inquiry because they felt she performed the skill better during the individual and they had every right to submit the inquiry even if they didn't do it for the previous 2 events. Regardless the judges messed up Jordan may be stripped of the Bronze but we all know and will remember her score was 13.766 which placed her in 3rd place. All the uproar that followed will never change that fact. Jordan is an 🥉Olympian.
Here's an idea. You earned the medal. Just keep it. Refuse to give it back. Dare them to get it back. They are obviously trying to cover THEIR original mistake and now even their second mistake( the challenge WAS submitted on time). Don't play into their game. These people look like incompetent clowns. Keep the bronze medal, and congratulations on earning it.
when you make a mistake, be responsible for the consequences of your mistakes,do not take the position of a victim of fate and that someone stole something from you..IOC deliberated that you won the medal in a less fair way, and that in fact the medal does not belong to you, now you have to return it, is it so difficult?
The Olympic committee really did just play this girls face. I am so livid for her.
I feel bad for all three girls at this point, Jordan Anna and Sabrina because Sabrina got a deduction for stepping out of bounce and she never did. Honestly, all three of them should get this bronze metal because this is ridiculous now disgusting display of incompetence by the judges and the incompetence of the courts.

The bottom line this is one of the more cruelest things to happen at the Olympics because both athletes did nothing wrong and it was the fault of the judges and the committee.
Both Jordan and Anna should file a lawsuit against the IOC. They are a bunch of bullies. They could've easily rectified this by giving them both medals which both countries were in agreement with and now they want to play games and clearly stated there was conclusive evidence. This is an abuse of power and every member of that elitist bigoted cesspool of a committee should resign tomorrow. Do everyone a favor. You deliberately are causing problems… no one needs you to run anything so take your millions and go away to your private island's where you rightfully belong. The Olympics is about unity and the IOC is about abuse because that's exactly what this is.

The Olympics unites people from everywhere, it does not divide them. from a mistake made by the whites, things got inflamed… I hope that all 3 will be strong and aware that in sports you can lose a medal for the smallest mistake, now everything is emotional but the truth is like a court the prestigious athlete, who analyzed the case, considered that an error was made and that it must be rectified. and point, all the evidence of the US team was rejected as unfounded and irrelevant, the CAS having many other evidences.. good luck in the next one Olympics, I hope that Jordan will be strong, she already won gold on the low team.

This mess has tainted a sport characterized by class and beauty. They need to give both athletes a medal and do it quicky.This is mentally cruel to go back and forth like this. IF the appeal was 4 seconds late, then the judges who had already made an error in scoring allowed an inquiry after the deadline. This reduces any faith in this system.
Jordan should stop playing the victim card and return the bronze medal ASAP. She is making our country look very bad right now and she's also taking away the attention of our other medal winning Team USA gymnasts. The past few days were all about Jordan Chiles hogging onto a bronze medal that does not belong to her.
Just proof that there was never any real intent to be fair…I am willing to be her brown skin is an underlying factor
