For 68 million, annual property taxes of 425K a year, high HOA fees, etc it needs to have views of the Ocean or City, marble floors everywhere, and be more custom looking. It looks like an oversized cookie cutter 2000 EIFS synthetic stucco build and has the nerve to have a flat roofs that do not match. Flat roof and EIFS synthetic stucco do not work together ie moisture retention and I can already see the mold growing in the back of the house.

Ben I don't think Jennifer maliciously use the letters as a way to embarrass you….she made a mistake in the name of happiness…no man has ever made her happy and she seeks that attention give each other a chance stop this child play…get mature…the kids will be traumatized by all this nonsense..your slate is not that quite clean either .
