The NPC movements are a little odd which is why mocap is so important to capture dialogue and the movements of the voice actors at the same time.
That first NPCs arms were like a T-Rex lol

UE5 still feels really glitchy to me. Random flickering. Weird, random cloth movements etc; and why does nobody focus on NPC movements? A massive part of emersion is believing that NPCs are "real". UE5 is a phenomenal innovation, but prettier graphics was not actually the problem.
