The end of Jeremy’s rant on hunting and Isaac’s response. A brilliant demonstration of good management, in my opinion.

I still watch the episodes again and again ! Aaron Sorkin wrote incredible scripts and the actors cast were the best ,
I hated to see the end of the series, however the transition to a big private buyer , like an Elon Musk was brilliant! Tom Burns
Hope his character was a vegan.
When Aaron Sorkin is at his best, nobody can match him. This is brilliant, all the way round – writing, acting, everything.
99.99999% of all good management success can be boiled down to this speech: "If you're dumb, surround yourself with smart people. If you're smart, surround yourself with smart people who disagree with you."
This was one of the most heartbreaking episodes to ever be shown on TV.
No wonder Aaron Sorkin hires Joshua Malina for his work!
This deer lines delivery was perfect by Joshua Malina. Heartbreaking and haunting.
One of my favorite shows. This was what Sorkin did after The West Wing. Only lasted a few season though.
It's a funny thing but even though she said almost nothing, Felicity Huffman was an essential part of this brilliant scene. My favourite moment from a show that had a lot of great moments.
I love this show, this episode, and this speech, but the writer (presumably Sorkin) doesn't know anything all about deer. They don't ever walk around in "families" like he described and certainly can't be lured by a Twinkie.
One of my favorite scenes
R G was such a great actor. RIP!
The greatest monologue performed by an outstanding actor.
God damn I love Jeremy.
RIP, Robert Guillaume. This was one of the most underrated shows of all-time and Isaac Jaffe was one of the greatest characters in TV history.
Smart people surround themselves with other smart people who disagree with them.
One of the best moments on tv
"Not-fitting-in is how qualified people lose jobs."
"Yeah, but a lot of the time, it's how they end up working here."
Miss #Sportsnight like nobody's business.
I wonder if they ever thing that someone watching the clips here might be induced to purchase the series on DVD. Youtube seems like free advertising to me.
fuck copyright, stone age rule mongering, it's 2012 for god's sake
Can someone please repost this video without the copyright issues?
I agree Teflon. This scene is one of the very best depictions of good management I've every seen. I used to wonder why Issac seemed so made at Jeremy in the last half of the clip. Now, I realize that he wasn't yelling at Jeremy, he was yelling at himself for not seeing that Jeremy was hiding his true feeling before he sent him on the assignment. genius
I dont really remember this show, but I've always remembered this scene. It was outstanding in both the writing and acting.
