I remember training with this, oh boy, that was an experience... At gym I curl 30 pounds dumbbells no sweat - 15 minutes of this, I was sweating and swearing like a mad man.

ive been using this on my pc for about 5 weeks and already i feel stronger, and lost a whopping 29 pounds i weighed 245 and now im 226 im happy and as hell im and going to continue using this.
