He went from 30 sum to 40 sum
Yeah we really need to never, EVER, as a nation, begin to relax physical fitness standards for female soldiers IN combat roles.
If they're behind a desk or analyzing intelligence signals, then go for the gold. But the death of the American Military will come when we accept gender exceptions without a second thought.
I get the point many of you guys are making, and for entertainment purposes they kind of relax the standards. When Austen went and did three days with the PA state troopers he was only experiencing 72 hours of a several month course.
They also let him keep his hair and beard. So yeah, for YouTube videos, getting 100% exact standards isn't always the goal.
The goal is to give a ballpark demonstration that is as close as one can get without actually enrolling in a program and signing a contract..
Austen can't count push ups. She did more than he counted.
46 is actually pretty good on the oushup part. Im usually only hitting about 55
I don't see 90% of Marines having a problem maxing that out. Considering all Marines are very familiar with a pull-up bar. Marines run 3 miles for a PT test. I don't see Push-up being a problem. Everything is basic.
They should put all women on the front lines in their own woman platoon. I will sign my wife up😂😂
The sprint drag carry is the great equalizer. You think you are awesome until you are not. LOL
Shout for her doing this test some of our ladies would never attempt this🎉🎉
The new ACFT look a lot more fun than the old 3 event APFT. The run was always my best event. To max the score for the run at the 18-21 ability group was 13:54. My fastest run time for the APFT at the age of 29 was 11:16
Look even she can do leg tucks
Not a pass. wtf
No shot she made the SDC under 3. Edited.
Lol. Is she actually a US Marine?
There’s a lot wrong with this
I wonder how shes doing now?
For a veteran this is pretty sad that he has not done enough research into the tests prior conducting them and posting on YouTube. This is all kinds of fucked up. They are using the wrong barbell. It is supposed to be hex-barbell (uses different muscles than the traditional barbell for the deadlift). The max weight at that time was the same for both male and female which was 340lbs. There needs to be a secondary grader for the standing power throw in order to measure where the ball lands. They are using the wrong ball for the standing power throw. Her arms are not spread all the way out and he counting numbers in multiple different positions of her push up additionally double counting on some of them. 32 push ups and then to 43? She did 36 attempted push ups, not 46. He is not using a sled for the sled pull, just two 45lbs plates tied together with some strap (very prone to injury), she turned around on the side straddle (supposed to return facing the same direction). She did 10 not 12 leg tucks (2 of them her knees did not touch her elbows)
There us clearly some serious time in between the combat events and the run. It is bright out while she doing events prior to the run and then its nearly pitch dark 1 mile in to the run. There is 10 minutes allowed between each event.
Devo dire che le donne in divisa sono molto affascinanti lei e bellissima e forte molto allenata e tosta.ciao dalla sardegna da bebo❤
31 32 43 wtf the dude can't count. what a joke
None of the reps counted due to form and equipment!
SHE BAD
She was snaking in them pushups and Also the sprint drag carry was done incorrectly, she turned in the beginning and also you should only hold the top part of the rope (hands should be in the loop, not dragging from the bottom)
You added 10 to her count on the pushups at the 30’s you jumped to 40’s….
I think this needs to be done again but to standard and with full and proper equipment
One good looking Marine !!!
If you fail one event you failed the entire test
She did 36 push-ups not 46
4:20 I like how we went from 32 straight to 43, I want a grader like that 😂
0:44 there’s no way your 99lbs 💀🤯
That was not 4 minutes bro
She is a tiny tanned package of awesomeness
I run the 2 mile faster than her and I don't have legs
He gave her an extra 10 pushups because he wanna smash. Lol
I actually like those modified pull-ups. I think I'm going to add those to my workout routine. Seems like that would be an awesome core-strengthening exercise.
WM’s did not look like her when I was in the Corps.
99 lbs?? She's a tiny, gorgeous thing.
Such a stupid test.
Go find a real marine…not a female.
LS/MFT!
She’s impressive as hell! Great job CpL!
I know I can't beat 46 in 2 mins. Thanks for your service, Marine!
Bro went from 32 to 43 push ups
that's not a pass I even fail fails you the whole test
Is Austin a SARC?
You counted her pushups wrong. You said 45 twice and went down to 44. She actually did 48. @ me if im wrong
Why is she wearing makeup
How about punani test?
