Grass in Blender Game Engine, how to add massive vegetation using the Particle System.

Update:
To let look all Grass Objects in the same direction, activate Rotation under the Advanced Particle Settings and choose the Initial Orientation. (In my case is X).

After converting the Particle System you have to remove the Particle Settings (Click on the minus on the right side in the panel) bevore you going back in Game Mode! Otherwise the Modifier still stay active!

I really dont know, how much grass I can add in the game bevore it comes to performence problems, and first, i have to build the rest of the Landscape. This is just an Experiment. 🙂
So far this Method works not perfect, but it is a good reference point to add details later.

If you want to go even more into detail, you could use an empty (which is what you'll set the particle system to generate) to add object (using logic editor) and that be what adds your grass when you start the game. You'll prevent it even being loaded in editor until you play.
