To ENABLE MICROPHONE : Ur pc needs to have a microphone already connected and set as default microphone. Then when you move your mouse while the remote play app is connected to ps4 and is running.click the microphone icon at the bottom right and make sure it is enabled.
to get the code :

try to register your ps4 by going to settings, then Remote play connection settings, then you should get a code, so then go on your laptop enter the code on your laptop and it should start connecting. That’s what I had to do to get it working for me. So pretty much as soon as you open the remote play connection settings a code should pop up and you should take that code and insert it on to your pc/laptop

To make it as simple as possible if it is not connecting…

When on the computer and it does not connect it, you get a connection code on your ps4 by going into the settings, then remote play connection settings. Next step on the computer, since it is not connecting wirelessly there should be a button on the bottom right corner which says something like, enter code. So click that and enter the code from the remote play connection settings found on your ps4 onto your laptop and it should connect.
