What’s up! I know this is off topic, but here’s for anyone who feels they’ve lost hope and needs to hear this: whether you believe in Heaven or not, consider this, if there was a Heaven, are you sure you’d go there after death? If you’re not sure, here you go: God loves you, and he became a human as Jesus, died to take the penalty for anything wrong you’d ever do, and rose from the dead. Sin is disobedience to Jesus’ commandments for how to live, and sin separates us from him- if you want to be saved from hell and be with God forever after death, just believe in Jesus and what he did (John 3:16) and turn away from habits of sin (Luke 13:3). That’s it. Our actions are the evidence for whether our faith is real (James 2:17), but since everyone fails on a daily basis, we aren’t saved by our actions, but only by God’s mercy (Ephesians 2:8-9), so when we fail, all we need to do is confess our sins to God, and continue fighting (1 John 1:9). 3000meter so 3 kilometer in 15 min. this is not good. this really is not good. this really is bad. thats for not traind soldiers. i do not know. you are strong. i do not know if you can do that after 1 year, no steroids, no protein, no nothing. only reall food. i do not know. some muscle you hawe wery well deweloped, some not so much. i think if you would hwe to repeat this 3 more times, you be deth. i do not know. you hawe to much muscles. if your uniform get rip apart, whos uniform are you going to take nothing fit you?? people like do not survive long in camp. yes you hawe great output, but you allso hawe big input. this is big problem because in prison camp, you get nothing to eat. or wery little no vitamins, your body is use to optimum nutrition.

Подтягивание выполняется с полным выпрямлением локтей внизу, в остальнм всё хорошо. Только есть один нюанс половина упражнений даётся на выбор, а не делается в день сдачи (например или подтягивания или отжимания)

First its a 3 mile run with rucksack/weighted vest (Combat vest)
Pullups (12 x 3)
Core exercise Weighted situps (with kettlebells) x 4 rounds
Kettlebell circut Turkish getups ( 5 each side) 40 kettlebell swings (20 each side) complete x 3
Kettlebell Kossac squats x 10 reps each side

Rucksackand/or weighted vest 2 mile run
Hand to hand combat 3 x 3 minutes all out rounds
ENDURANCE TEST 12 x reps x 5 times in max speed
( Pushups, Burpees, Mountain climbers and Jumping lunges)
STRENGTH TEST (Do as many as possible of every exercise. Maintain perfect form. On failure move on to next exercise)
Pull-ups
squat jumps
Pushups (Chest must touch the ground and the body must be straight)
are done back to back without rest. 2 minutes of rest before continuing
Situps (as many as possible during 2 minutes)
Burpees (maximum of reps during 2 minutes)

ALL EXERCISES IS DONE IN FULL COMBATGEAR

Hey, Matt, not sure if you read this comment, since this video was made quite a while ago, but I can give you a bit of an insight about Russian military fitness tests, and your actual scores in the exercises you performed (since there is a detailed scoring system for these and a ton of other exercises used to evaluate physical condition of the troops).

So generally, there isn't a fixed test for each branch of military. There is a large spreadsheet of more than 60 different exercises, with scoring system from 1 to 100 points, and unit commanders may pick some of them (from 3 to 5 mostly) to test their soldiers. Such diversity is due to the fact that every unit can have very different conditions of living, training equipment, combat requirments etc. But in general this tests will include at least 1 strength-based, 1 speed-based and 1 endurance-based exercise.
Though probably some elite spetsnaz units though have some form of a fixed qualifying test like one featured in this video, but exact info about them isn't always easy to come by.

Now, for your scores according to spreadsheet I've mentioned before (same scores can give different grades ("Pass", "Good", "Excellent"), depending on your age and branch of service. I believe you were 34 at the time of the video, so I'll base your grades on that):
1. 3 km run – 14:58 min – it's 25 points, and it's no pass even for the regular military. Though for people of 35 years and older endurance-based requirments drop significantly and a year later you would have got 48 points and grade "Pass".
2. 100 m run – 12,11 sec – it's 92 points and far beyond "Excellent" grade (it is 60 points), so its very good result.
3. 10×10 m suicides – 25,81 – 81 points, and again, "Excellent".
4. Pull-ups – 20 – 80 points, "Excellent".
5. Dips – 31 – 67 points, "Excellent".
6. Full leg raises – 14 – 56 points, "Good".
7. Push-ups – 42 – 64 points, "Excellent"
8. The current standards don't have "BW bench press" only "70 kilo bench press". For the score of 100 you need 29 reps, and if you did 22 reps with 90, I think you would get max score no problem. So 100 points, "Excellent".

So great job! Only have to work on endurance a little bit 🙂

When I served in USSR Army we got an order to run 10 kilometers in Chemical Protection Mask.
Conditions were: temperature 35C, 600 soldiers on a start line, and run on a ground not on a roads.
I did finished 4th after 1hour and about 25 minutes.
After me were no more finishers, and I served in regular Army division, not spetsnaz
