i have no problem with training hard. It's actually great fun for me. However let me go on a healthy diet …. and we have a problem
This nigga knows what he is talking about. Simple is best. You dont need no gym. You dont need big fancy equipment. I've been working out at home for the last 5 years with just a pair of adjustable weight dumbbels and a pull up bar fix at a door frame. And all my family and friends think I spend hours in the gym everyday.
Wow!! Amazing
Every time I train at the gym I feel like a Spartan boy growing into a man
I didn't know this place was based in Salt Lake…
Man artemisia is beautiful and andy whitfield would of been perfect as thermistocles
In the middle of a tough training session it's always a negotiation. Part of your mind is telling you to quit, shut down, go slower, and it's always a fight to shut those voices off and go just a little bit harder. If you can do that, that is how you're going to get better and push things to the next level.
finished the 300 workout in 15 min and no shitty pull-ups like this guy..
love these
Goal is important in life. It is hard to achieve something without it.
