I dont mind if people compete but i hate it when people act hard who are big like this yes they would destroy prettt much anyone but they not unbeatable gun, knife,pepper spray will easily do the trick
No hate towards bigger men but a lot of big men in the gym are bullies and haven't experienced a proper punch to the head or body to the point where we got idiots like slap fighters challenging pro ufc fighters the guy was like 350 pounds and got beat up by islam which islam is like 180 the slap fighter is lucky security was there just remember hes a slap fighter for a reason 😂 fake fighter
You first tense and bring the sternum down and tighten
Then you fill the abdomen with air. This what is taught to Olympic lifters! This sends the obliques into proper tension. You cannot create proper bracing by breathing first.
The whole point is to create the strong vessel to hold the air and then fill the vessel.
If anyone doubts this go and watch or ask the question of Olympic lifters...
