HARDCORE HENRY (Watching a man's head completely explode with his heart ripped off; a man's head decapitated in half by a wire- very gory detail)
GREEN INFERNO (The ritual death)
MIDSOMMAR (Ritualistic death with caved-in faces)
GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO (Graphic rape and sexualised torture)
DRIVE (Brutal scene of a man's head smashed in an elevator)
THE COUNSELLOR (Brad Pitt's head being cut ever slowly by a wire)
UPGRADE (Man's mouth is wide open by accidental knife and someone's head explodes)
BELKO EXPERIMENT (Man's head axed with a hammer and a guy ripping out a bomb implanted in his head)
ONLY GOD FORGIVES (Brutal eye torture, pins scene)
HELLRAISER (Disturbing hooks onto man's skin scene)
ROBOCOP 1987 (The infamous shooting of Lt. Murphy)
HOSTEL PART II (Sexually bizarre scene of torture with a naked woman mutilated by a scythe, blood gushing everywhere, genital torture)
HARD CANDY (Castration scene, largely implied)
TEETH (Scenes of castration even if played darkly comedic)

Great list. The "Chainsaw Bathtub" scene in Scarface was BRUTAL. "Normandy Beach" scene in Saving Private Ryan was unforgettably graphic too.
