if HTC wants to get more profit, they need to declutter sense UI, thats it, there phones are far superior to samsungs crappy plastic phones – that being said if samsung moved to a aluminum body they would be the absolute king of android, and there would be absolutely no reason to buy anything else – even LG essentially abandoned Optimus UI to make their skin look EXACTLY like Touchwiz on their past three majorly successful phones G2, GFlex, and G3

HTC should just start a ad campaign showing how much faster and more fluid the m8 experience is compared to the S5 lag.. It's even faster than a 5s look it up

Grill of the upper speaker is smaller than down one in m8..edges are rounded and there is HUGEE BEZEL (HTC logo).HTC are idiots ,yeah I was their fanboy ,due to M7 ,but m8 make me to hate them..It is awful..Why the hell they've put on-screen butons and keep that huge bezel on the bottom?If they have made the phone like this https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Bgy1G1fCYAArd8G.png everyone would like it and buy it (me too) ,but now I'll get LG G2. Also I hate samsung ,but I like S5 (I don't like any of other galaxy devices.)
Had my M8 for a week now. It is awesome. Had a Droid Max. Battery life on this is better, due to improved power efficiency of the Qualcomm 801.
The camera is very good. The cool things you can do with the photos as a result of that second sensor that captures depth is pretty impressive. The software interface of the camera and responsiveness makes up for the relatively low pixels. If you're passing up on this phone because of the megapixel count, your missing the boat. If you want a camera to take a picture good enough to enlarge to poster size, get a dedicated camera. For what most use a cell phone camera to do, the one on the HTC 8 is great. And it's definitely better than the one on my Droid Max.

In Australia HTC do not have any where near enough advertising and unfortunately people will buy the lesser product if they see it plastered every where.
Love their latest phones, their issue is with proper marketing. In Qatar for example they have hardly any presence.
I have used the galaxy S and the SIII and loved the phones but one thing always niggled at me with each device…..
for a "premium" phone they always felt cheap and "plasticy"
so when it came to upgrading this time and I had to pick between the S5 or the One M8 I took the leap and jumped the Samsung ship and switched to the One M8
BOY AM I GLAD I DID!
The One M8 feels amazing in the hand, it looks and feels premium (no horrible cheap plastic back!!!) it feels well built and Sense 6.0 is snappier and more responsive than the Samsung's Touch Whiz UI
I would recommend making the switch if you've ever felt the Galaxy S devices too flimsy or stuttery.
Company with no idead of marketing, lack of name recognition, bad track with customers, lack of accessories available is trying to save the company based on one phone(although looks nice) . Oh yeah, marketing on features that were already there last year( metal cover and speakers). Good luck!
The M8 is the best Android phone I've ever used. It's as powerful as it is beautiful. The battery life is great, the cameras are great for social media/mms, and it's build screams quality.
The HTC One (M8) isn't going to sell that well cause of there 4Megapixel camera.
There's only one problem with the M8, ONE PROBLEM ''the irony'', Which is the camera.
I swear if they just changed that camera they would've won the smartphones' game. Personally for me it's no problem at all, but i'm 100% sure that it's a huge turn off for a lot of people.

Nice video , I never knew HTC was the king of android 🙁 I think whether HTC will rise or fall I'll support it it's a relly nice company that's trying hard to make great phone!!!!
EVO 4glte was a great phone still use it better than the one x lol HTC one beat the iPhone and galaxy last year you apple lovers are always in denial I swear to god lol it's so funny having the same OS for like 6 years and sayin it's the best phone lol no it's not lol
