I think the cliff hanger was due to lack of veiwers and money. I loved it because you ran this in real time. Wished they could bring this back but updated. Doubt this will run in windows 10 lol.

Why does Superman look like Henry Cavil if the game came out in the 90s?

hey, I was the editor of this series! Glad you liked it! The rest of the series DID come out, in fact I think it went three seasons on WB Entertaindom.com (?) The first six episodes were also released on CD-ROM. Unfortunately I don't have them. I wonder if DC does?

Is there a download for this game?

Great review of the secret best Superman game ever! Sequels (plural) did actually come out, but not how you might suspect. They were released regularly (I think even weekly) as "webisodes" on WB's website — still accessible through the Internet Wayback Machine, but with a bunch of dead links. Sadly, they've been lost to time — I have a friend at DC who would have that access if anyone does, but no dice. Some of the later ones brought Darkseid into the picture and were written by Dan Slott. There were a bunch of similar games as well based on properties like The Mask, Xena and Popeye…plus some original stuff, I think. This was all kind of ahead of its time, actually.

This game was actually way ahead of its time in that only the first chapter, which you reviewed here, was available on physical media. The rest of the chapters did come out, but they were only available digitally. You can even still see the shell of the website here: http://www2.warnerbros.com/web/actionclassics/home.jsp?frompage=sitemap I'd love to find the rest of the episodes, but they appear to be lost to time. One of the later episodes was written by Dan Slott, who's been the main writer on The Amazing Spider-Man comics for years now.

Wow, seems like an alright game. Reminds me of some of TellTales games. Neat

This might be one of the better Superman games.
