Been going to PF for about 6 weeks. I want that zyzz body, and I train hard. I applied to work there, but I was denied. Working at a gym would save me so much money that what they pay is irrelevant. I started checking other avenues. Anytime fitness took one look at me, and hired me on the spot. No interview. I’m still working there today. Don’t go to planet fatness.

I'm 67 yrs old next month April 2022, I full body workout calisthenics and resistance a few months and put on gains I didn't expect. I got a recommended post on this Korean chick working out heavy, (because I don't speak Korean)I almost wasn't interested but I dived in. Well looks are decieving, she looks like an ordinary pretty college preppy student and she can pound some mean weights Olympic style overhead and dead lift with effortless reps, 'AND'... she does it without grunting! Her stamina in the gym is incredible jumping from weight exercises to rope climbing, chinup bars, and the only thing close to grunting is her smile!!! Incredibly she doesn't look like she is a weight lifter and I mean that in a good way. She is lifting what big massive males are lifting and grunting! But (even tho she can controll it) she has to let the heavy weight above her on a natural gravity fall with a big bang and probably not allowed at PF. Just saying her strength pound for pound otherwise doesn't require cat screaming like Ronnie Coleman! She's proof it can be done without all that! Planet Fitness could use this mild pretty looking girl, as example.

The more negative videos about Planet Fitness I see the less I believe them. It just seems like the popular thing to do is just pile on and feed the hate. If one wishes to power lift, you would join a gym with olympic weight sets not smith machines anyway.If you have the motivation to get and stay in good shape any gym will work, even if you use a home gym!
