Give this man a medal,I agree with you, but in reality both sides are to blame,on one hand you have these people with the unnatural physique taking steroids and waiting on their PT to do their workout program,so they think they know what they are doing and actually they don't and then post content just to get that one extra like. Every natural self-respecting athlete will not post bullshit content.
On the other hand you have people who just don't do their research, its so easy to compare a few videos and comments and you will find out if that is the better thing to do for yourself. Because of that reason alone you have a group of 100 people in a gym class performing the 1000 years of death jutsu haha.

I always felt the issue was that most influencers are those that were skinny and gained weight.. and or have good genetics.. oorrr are on roids and have good genetics.. I have zero isssue with anyone doing roids but I do have an issue with everyone discrediting genetics. It’s easier to look leaner when your set point doenst allow you to put on fat easily. And the populous is mad uneducated

Can’t wait to see the end of Mels transformation! When she gets toned she’ll be even more attractive than she already is! I think there are a lot of women out there with similar body types and just try cardio but in reality if they followed what Mel is doing then they would be the next influencer on IG with the results she gets. Not saying this in disrespectful manner.

thank you for that 5-pound advice I went up 5 pounds after being in the gym for a month now I feel as if i can do 55pounds but I'm gonna stay at 50 pounds for a few more weeks then while pushing 55 pounds 2-3 reps a week

the only "Problem" with the Fitness Industry, is that none of these people will ever admit that they are 'all,(EVERY SINGLE FOOKEN ONE OF THEM)' pro-P.E.D. this is why the majority of their clients never achieve even 'REMOTELY' the development that they advertise.

Yes, some of those unconventional exercises aren't optimal for the most muscle growth. Much respect, but have you taken account as to why a trainer would use some of them for clients? Older clients may prefer these exercises to avoid less stress on their joints from traditional lifts. Other clients may become bored with their bread and butter pressing movements and may just enjoy the change of pace, not to mention deviation from any training adaptations. Pre-intermediate lifters could also stand to benefit from performing certain exercises in order to get accustomed to a mind-muscle connection as opposed to a heavy compound movement with greater risk of injury. So why not change it up? If it gets people going to the gym and smashing those chesticles there's little harm in it. I personally have never felt a greater contraction in my pecs than when I first hit them with that 1000 years of pain exercise in a superset. It burned! Activation that I never felt before from any presses. So it can have its place in a program. Now, of course some exercises are straight trash like the one where you hold a free weight in your hand and move it back and forth from your side. That one does absolutely nothing and NO ONE will see any benefit from it
