I'm not a big guy only 280 and that gym would be useless to me......the more gritty the gym and not fancied up because of name and who's been to the gym.......it's getting to be like planet fitness and lunk alarms and crap like not being allowed to load up a machine that kills a gym......quality of equipment too is a big deal so you don't turn a dead lift bar into a bent u shape after lifting 5 or 6 hundred pounds

How much weight were each the green ones and the black one on the squat? I am 70, totally out of shape, had an umm umm blood clot, forgot the name behind my left knee a couple of years ago and last month said fork it, I am going to get back in shape. Have arm/shoulder pains and started mid-August putting body weight on them to hang getting ready to do a pullup. Haven't done one in 30 to 40 years. My pains have almost gone away, but, still don't have the strength. I never worked out much, but, my best bench was a measly full retail Olympic set of, I think it was 304.5 pounds when I was 28. I should be able to beat that in a few years, lol. I presently do a couple of sets every other day or two of about 70 pounds, 15 times. Slowly working out the kinks so as not to hurt myself. It is amazing how weak you become being inactive and think you are still kinda strong. lol Don't laugh so hard you get a hernia.

Dear Brian absolutely love the banter between you guys that true friendship… one curious question is the weight locks on the inner side supposed to be there instead of the other two you guys hunted for that you put to lock the weights you put on the outside, so the actual question is does the ones that you left on the inner side serve a purpose? Respect 🫡 💪🏻
