you can't have a game where you're outside one bit, and then you go inside and suddenly it looks 3 x as detailed
imma make a realistic fps chaos game with a new concept in near future

and fyi building with unreal engine is painful even for experienced programmer perspective.
1. Photorealistic isnt necessary better than stylized
2. Better Graphics dosent mean a better Game
3. changing the Engine isnt like changing a Tshirt. thats why Studios might not swap Their own Engine for UE4
4. A lot of this might by rendered in real Time, but wont work for a whole Game in 60 or more FPS on Konsoles and non High end PCs.
5. CS:GO isnt made to look great, but to run in 144FPS and more
6. Yes, a lot can run on the switch, but there is a limit and optimisation is way more important than the Engine
