Mr Amir khan started his training in the year 2006 . There is good amount of muscle maturation . The muscles knows how to grow if you are consistent & lifting , eating , sleeping correctly . Consistency is key all the keys Mr Khan is a live example

Well as someone who is overweight loosing weight while gaining muscles works the best because just loosing weight doesn't works for me but when coupled with strength training it gives that nice look now studying for NEET I have lost that physique but I will gain it back for sure this summer

He does not have stretch marks not because of the rate at which he loss the fat, instead because he has muscle tissue underneath already! So it's not a big deal to loose that fat when you have good amount of muscle mass! But he did this when he was 50, this is deserves accolades.
