mc eiht official album is the best album the last 5 years

@bone-snypa May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

95% of new artists the last 15 years r so garbage they shouldn't even exist in music. Rap started to turn to 💩 when Mike jones & them started coming out, or maybe even a few years before that

@puffandpass7438 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

Ain't no school like the ol' school rap

@rocketrich7886 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

It's become formulaic. Them nerds know what makes a hit but they miss what makes a memorable song.

Rap music now is just jingles. You need a new jingle every week though

@gilalcala2038 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

Today's music has no Heart

@countcaligari9072 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

Most modern music is what they used to call Bubblegum pop. It's meant for short term consumption, low quality, etc. I mostly stick to 90's music, when there was quality, and creativity

@derekduram4514 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

“Everybody’s rapping and nobody is making songs”

Fucking facts !!!

@sameemas1723 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

Same here and it's 4 10 2024 . . . One Time Gaffled Em Up is in heavy rotation on my Playlist . . . Even my 10 year old Kid singing the hook , "ONE TIME GAFFLED EM UP , I AINT GUILTY , GET YOUR ASS IN THE CAR" . . . EMCEE OCHO is most definitely one of the West Coast G.O.A.T.S.

@ryudragonpunch9025 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

Rap in the 90’s is memorable Rap today is forgettable.

@doggzone8904 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

Today they aint making music, they making jingles!

@antoiniomcgee6832 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

"SO BRING UR MARK AZZ DOWN TO THE SPOT/WHERE 1-TIME IS HOT & U MIGHT GET GOT..HARD TIMES." GJEAH!!

@westdallasboy4454 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

Music is just like food! We consume what tastes (sounds) good but if it has no substance and wasn't made with love, I don't want it!!!

@ajloko8955 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

Yea 50 year Olds need dress they age. Finally yall say it but don't do it? Wack gotta grow some time homie. Just have ur brand but don't mean u gotta rock it like a teenager bruh. Just sell to teens

@bernardshropshire1814 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

@each1teach1academy43 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

Todays generation don’t have to grind and the standards are low.

@ivandiaz9103 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

BIG UP ! ! !

@tirellv4938 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

The difference between this era and preceding eras is our elders had a bigger influence on our upbringing. This era has two parents, their primary and secondary parents, "the internet," to go to for help. Less experience is involved and more going through life vicariously from what the internet gives you. Life is the best teaching and the internet hinders those experiences and also has a greater influence with millioms of distractions, with everyone now walking around with cell phones and internet. News by the second is the reason times flies and it also makes it harder to seclude yourself while focusing on what you are good at. I dont blame this generation because we were all brainwashed to a degree and somewhat influenced by our enviroment. Everything was written at the end of the day and this is all part of the devil plan to have more control. There are still a few young wise kats out there, but as time elapses its getting worse.

@01trevino May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm

Master P changed the game. He did it like the dope game. The dude with the most work wins. That's what's going on now. They making so many songs to have the most that they running out of content and just rhyming with no meaning now. They don't have a pen because most are young and haven't experienced nothing but same ole ish day to day. They haven't lived enough or done enough to rhyme life experiences. And most aren't poetically inclined so they can't rhyme made up stories. And they think punching in is freestyling 🤣😂🤣🤣😂.🤦🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️

@allenscott68 May 24, 2024 - 3:08 pm
