I have gone through at least 6 series one elite controllers. They are NOT duriable at all which is why i always buy a warrenty. Hopefully the new one won't fall apart in your hands.

I just bought the brand new elite controller v2 and the 3rd air trigger (the fast one) doesn’t register as a clic so can someone help me please
It would be really helpful to know how the input lag is through Bluetooth and how the connectivity will be to PS4 (and 5 in the future), Nintendo Switch, iOS, Android, Stadia and of course XBox One (and Scarlet in the future) and PC. Except for XBox none of the other platforms have options to use this controller properly yet (PC still misses the Shift-Mappings and all others are just gambling if it works).
I have a turtle beach headset adapter, will the adapter be able to connect to this controller??

What's the status on Elite 1 repairs? Have one that was bought, replaced "Goodwill" (Meaning a month past the 3 month warranty). The replacement made it about 7 months before the problems returned. Anyone with an Elite 1 been able to get MS to repair/exchange for a refurb? Don't exactly think I got my $160+ out of that one…
Cue half the owners who never had a problem to tell me how I must have tossed it out the window, since theirs was always perfect, who clearly don't understand the term "False duality."
Will the rubber wear off like the first elite controller
On the original Elite the Rubber grips would come off after some time and the thumpers would wear down as well. Did they improve on these common problems?

I went through 6 Xbox Elite Controllers because the rubber grips kept coming away from the handles for me. I hold my controller quite tightly and hands sweat. I'm waiting this time to check out the Elite 2 to see what changes they've made to the grips… maybe the rubber grips being on top of the handles may resolve the problems I had with the original Elites. Here's hoping.
How long does this controller last before drift issues or other button problems begin?
Dont like whole rubber at all. Without rubber would be better, easier to clean and feels alot BETTER.
