Its also not just reflecting sunlight is building up charge for a jump. To fold space in on itself to create essentially a wormhole requires a great amount of energy to be generated. Often high amounts of energy can be seen as bright light especially from a reactor or alternate powersource.

How can they possibly not understand why the light is so red? It's being lit during golden hour / twilight (maybe after the sun has set even) meaning the sunlight will be red due to the atmospheric scattering. Also the red channel is clipping out from the cheap sensor. No mystery - just a balloon.

Aluminum reflecting the sun, its not flaming or emitting light the reflection is in the direction of the sun and the object is deforming in the wind. I would say its trash in the wind. Likely a party balloon. Now note i am not saying all UFO sightings are garbage or there is no other life in the universe or anything of that sort. I am saying this specific video looks like it has a likely mundane explanation.

Canadian here. I saw 3 similar burning flashing aircraft’s tonight. But it was in the evening so there was no sunlight or reflection 😮

Mylar Balloons do reflect elevated levels of light energies when in the higher elevations of the upper skies....similar to that of a Brilliant Fire, or Activated Plasmatic Energies...!!!

My cousins and I saw this same phenomena in the 1970s at Cullburra Beach in NSW Australia. We all thought it was a bushfire above a sand dune. But it stayed in the same spot for at least half an hour. The weirdest thing about it was that small bright lights were traveling in and around it.

Looks to be something falling from space and burning and breaking up in atmosphere. Space junk perhaps?
