Many of these (haven't seen all yet) are sooo cheesy & boring... The only two movies I like are The Ring & The Conjuring.... Alien, Halloween & Paranormal activity are all worthless shit...

What about Where the dead go to die and Human Centipede? These ones are truly distributing! AND I DIDN'T EVEN WATCH EITHER OF THEM, THE TRAILERS WERE DISTURBING ENOUGH!!!!

Alien? Yes, although it takes a while to get going. I remember when we watched it in the theatre back in 1979, we were actually thinking about walking out of it, it was so slow developing, then that face-hugger burst out of the cocoon, and we were like, "ok. let's sit down." Also, where is The Bad Seed? That movie is really creepy on a psychological level. I also thought The Omen, The Exorcist, and last but not least, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre were very scary. Also, though it's not on the list, Hitchcock's The Birds scared the bejesus out of me when I was 10 years old . . . because that's one that it seems like it could really happen.
