The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

ive been working out at home with powertec machines an titan fitness shoulder machines, just signed up for the 10 bucks a month, so many more machines. im not gonna buy machines anymore, im gonna follow you for your lift sequences, so many people lifting the wrong way, it makes me laugh,

The Smith machine only weighs 25 lbs if that. So the 135 is actually 115. Same with the other workouts on the Smith machine
I did upright rows once and hurt my shoulder never again but I’ll incorporate the other ones. Don’t have a cable but I can do a bent over reverse dumbbell fly

Great video very informative, just wanted to point out, the smith machines bar weight is 25 lbs & not 45, so really you were pushing 75lbs & 115lbs for shoulder press. Keep it up 🙂

The backwards shrugs felt a bit awkward. I see in the video you have a slight lean forward when doing them. Do these work muscles differently than the front shrug?

I stumbled across your channel today and so far I love it. You make it very easy and I just started my fitness journey, I workout at planet fitness at 1 am (after I get off work in the medical field) and I am trying my best to lose 15 pounds and strength training is where it's at! A lot of the ladies channels are good but they focus too much on glutes and I already have a butt bahaa, no but seriously learning form is important and I wanna lean out and strengthen because this isn't a vanity thing for me and I find a lot of YouTubers are doing that with their videos.
