This is a great way to get an overall pump but surely you can't be tearing much fibres up for muscle growth with just 2 exercises per muscle group?

lex it takes me about an hour and a half to 2 hours to finish a workout session,, everyone tells me you can't gain this way you should not train for more than 45 min or 1 hour but honestly I just love to train for more than that I just feel like am satisfied that way i don't feel that the muscle got its orgasim in less than that 😅,,, is it wrong to train for an hour and a half or more?
