Xavi needs to go… Period….. Roque needs to play and dead weights gotta go. Players on huge wages who have been below par have to go. The young players have to be properly integrated into the team and not overplayed either. Grimaldo , Nico Williams and a proper CDM would be good additions for the team.Torres, Martinez, Frenkie and Lewandowski gotta go. Get that wage bill down. Give Araujo Gavi Cubarsi Fermin and Yamal better contracts. Promote Fort and Faye. Get a proper coach who understands that we are using our academy players and not $100 million signings

Xavi doesn’t talk to Vitor because Barcelona is biased for players not from Spain. We’ve noticed it before in the past. Next season it will be the same results till we end up getting a new coach with new tactics. A coach who actually has experience coaching. Xavi was a good player but he cannot coach. He doesn’t have experience other the Saudi.

Mo, we are not teaching anyone HOW TO PLAY piano or football! They are PROs last time i checked! They should act like PROs…they are PAYED as PROs! Xavi can teach tactics sure…if they are bad ok, sack him(Deco/Laporta saying), but THOSE so called PROs should step up and justify 100-300k per week if you ask me….and sadly they don't!!!! Here i see lack of connection/chemistry/hearth and LOVE FOR THE BADGE. ..and if you ask me…80% is players fault, Xavi doesn't have a strings connected to their LEGS and stupid HEADS….sadly!!!

Renewing Roberto (a player comfortable with the bench and a player with so much errors and inconsistency) shows the extent of xavi's incapabilities. Not talking to Roque is too bad for FC Barcelona. It could affect our relationship with the Brazilian market with Messinho in site.
