Nah I'd totally wanna listen to the drugged up drama geeks that mostly didn't graduate from Jr High or get GEDs. I'm sure they've got their fingers on the pulse.

@causeformayhem May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

This is nice channel.

@dadlord689 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

The only body part that grown well after far too many years of running – is my lags. But it's just nothing comparing to any steroids dudes (even those who is just eating liver). Basically you need to have a spare life or two to actually give a fuck about bodybuilding. I found that muscles are quite well survives me doing nothing for years, good for me. So it is not a life stile, just a training season.

@LucasAnderson-cl2cm May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

A lot of celebrities were raised with the resources needed to evolve into an other worldly person. It’s 2024 just do your research and always work on your weaknesses as much as your strengths to keep your body healthy for the long term

@k9teamzagrebskolazapse149 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

But whoo will believe that you can luck like Apolon in 6month😂😂

@deathlarsen7502 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

lol the roid chef

@grayrecluse7496 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

Steroids solve everything

@leonkennedy9739 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

People are dumb ane easily tricked especially by biases towards authority its why the food pyramid stayed around for so long.

Dieting is simple exercise is simple. Eat like we were designed to over 100,000s of years we ate mostly meat, eggs, nuts, fruit, some select vegetables.

I eat mostly meats with some healthy fats, fruit and some vegetables and have virtually 0 health issues, but fake Doctor from TV tells people to shove muffins up their asses they will do it.

Some idiot will balance on a yoga ball while doing anal kegal exercises with a 25 lbs weight to get jacked like thor but if you go to a gym all the biggest guys are doing squats, pull ups, lat pull downs, lat raised, bench press etc.

I am tired of people falling for the most blatant BS on the planet because they are scared to do hard work.

@tsebosei1285 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

Greg Doucette exposed them they're using performance enhancing drugs / steroids

@JosephLachh May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

I’m not sure why the guy threw shade at Greg Doucette

@JosephLachh May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

The media doesn’t care about you at all.

@seattlegrrlie May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

Nobody looks like the guy in the movies, not even the actors. They shot all the shirtless scenes in the same week after starving themselves while taking drugs plus they were so dehydrated they had a headache. Lastly, great lighting, makeup, and CGI gives perfect muscles

You cannot sustain that 24/7/365 working a real job with a wife and kids.

@klaasdeboer8106 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

I found out that eating normal is the best way to achieve my goals. Taste is key, if it tastes bad, I get depressed, and depression is bad for my health.

@jonathanmicday1620 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

Human beings cannot naturally achieve a muscular body like that of a celebrity such as The Rock, Sylvester Stallone, etc. These celebrities admit that they have achieved their muscular definition and body mass due to the use of anabolic steroids. The only way a human being can lift a weight beyond their natural capacity is by taking unnatural drugs to appear to have a superior body supposedly beyond the average human.

@jackhanson1852 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

The 6000 calories sends me every time. I love it. When I was younger I had no baseline to compare against to see how stupid it is. I'm tall and heavy, I need 3600 calories a day max, the idea that a movie star 20% lighter than me needs 6000 calories is out of control. Absolute nonsense. Chef Roids is also a dafty, 3 hours of sleep? What are you on about mate?

@WalkthroughGeek May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

10kg of mass/muscle in 8 weeks? It's definitely ridiculous and silly. I started working out about 6 weeks ago and I've gained about 0.4 kg of gain (which is most likely muscle). That is with healthy and regular eating, good night sleep and working out 3-4 times a week. I'm not expecting any big changes for at least 6 months which keeps me grounded and disciplined. I'm not going for Hemsworth look because it's completely unrealistic unless you've trained for years. And getting abs in those same 8 weeks?? Go away!! 😆

@canadiensuperman6496 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

I am 51 and have been training since I was 13 i use steroids briefly when I was younger but testosterone got me more fat than built muscles guess we are all different.

I got into some useless arguments with average joes and beginner who actually think most Hollywood actors are natural and those insane physique can be built with hard work and good diet. I ask them why they lost all there gains after the movie, and they said well they probably stop training LOL

I stop training for about 10 years when I had back pain made worse by Russell Oneill a chiropractor, and I kept all my natural built mass.

@Kinzo May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

I feel warm and fuzzy in my tum tum to see Simon here!

@GOPSlayer May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

Working out and training hard is easy. It's so insulting to hear the "6000" calories a day BS

@user-zi8wh3wv2q May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

men's health and muscle and fitness are just scams to sell you advertising. I'd say you don't learn anything from magazines

@craigzilla100 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

They are all on gear, but refuse to admit it because false hope is worth millions in terms of supplements and magazine sales..

@ukestudio3002 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

As long as most people believe that sweets, soda, chips, frenchfries, peanutbutter, chocolate, wine, beer, bread, granola, pastry etc.. are ok ..they will fall short of their goals.

@geno755 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

Why you shouldnt follow celeb fitness advice, why you shouldnt listen to most fitness youtubers advice – BECAUSE they dont play according to the rules and use juice!

@SW-kr9fl May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

They are liars. They just cycle roids like most jacked guys. Not saying they don’t work hard, just saying the truth is they are all on PDAs. I find it hilarious how they all brag about getting up at 3am or whatever. Sleep is very important. I’ve been on extreme shift work for years and it’s terrible for your circadian rhythm. Their “advice” is terrible and mostly lies.

@Jomaxp May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

i couldnt watch greg doucette for a singel mintue he i jsut always so agressive and rude

@jamesrussell1979 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

Steroids …fact

@alwynsmit3546 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

How to avoid this. Don't take advice from 'celebs'.

@burningmisery May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

I love Scoobby. When I got seriously into lifting, I had no money for a gym membership, so I saved up to buy enough weights, barbells, and watched Scooby's videos.

His pullup exercise helped me from making barely 2 to 4×12 in 3 months with 210lbs bodyweight. Scooby is 10x the trainer than all these celebrity "trainers." His stuff works!

@SuperColonel91 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

My favorite was Jamie Foxx's:

-20 Pull Ups
-25 Dips
-50 Push Ups
-100 Sit Ups
-20 to 30 Back Extensions

I'm 'OK Dude' Only 50 Push Ups? That Should At least be 100 like the Sit Ups

Pull Ups can be 25 Like the Dips

The Back Extensions should be only 50 Reps

@ciphergamingsouthafrica8502 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

Greg Doucette and MPMD are both frauds, they need to be exposed. Especially Greg. Besides they're both desperate hence why they care so much who is on gear when it doesn't concern them

@SacredBeans May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

Nobody promotes carbohydrates and fats as much as they do on protein. Protein is overrated as you already may get enough of it from foods you did not expect to have protein in it, you eating 500g of protein a day is unhealthy and I'm tired of people thinking that it is. Your diet should be composed of healthy carbohydrates, fats, sugars, minerals, and protein, not just protein alone.

@Betterhose May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

My theory is those celebrities claim to have followed these impossible diets and training regiments so that nobody can prove them wrong. No one can eat 6000 calories worth of chicken, broccoli and brown rice and train for 6 hours every day for 9-12 months.

Therefore no one can definitively prove that their physiques are not naturally attainable.

The ideal way to eat and train for a great physique are actually not very difficult.

There is a wide selection of foods you can eat to get the required macronutrients. The occasional cheatmeal won't really set you back a lot either.

And you don't have to spend multiple hours in the gym every single day. Dorian Yates only trained 1 hour 4 days a week.

But if celebrities would openly say how they really prepared for a role, people would quickly realize that their diet and workout routine alone did not make them look like that.

@_meshele_ May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

I just found your channel. Excellent. Thank you for spotlighting men's health, disordered eating and bdd.

@godzilla3768 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

I got an actual V shred ad and didn't skip it because I thought it was a compilation of crazy stupid fitness advice to drive the point home

@RemyBeast May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

Crash diets and uhhh steroids… Steroids should not be understated here. But anyway, celebrities don't care about you. You're a potential mark for suplement and workout app schemes, pump & dumps etc. They're like everyone else, they just have money, they're not special.

@DCLOVESGOD365 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

What's wrong with chicken, rice & broccoli? The others I agree with.

@krossxeye660 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

Things that I feel like people also misunderstand about specifically celebrity stuff like this is the simple fact that these people are primarily entertainers, and therefore not leading authorities on fitness/physical training
That isn't to say none of them are. Arnold Schwarzenegger was Mr. Universe too many times to not know what he was doing, but someone like, say, Chris Hemsworth who typically plays physically attractive roles is not a bodybuilder.
Instead of going to celebrities and their trainers, if you want to look good, be strong, and be at least moderately healthy, look to people who bodybuild for the sake of bodybuilding, or better yet, their coaches/trainers/programmers. They're the ones who are actively looking for aesthetic/physical improvement to sustainable, consistent levels.
You're not like these fit, buff celebs. You might just be better when it comes to your future physique.

@letitsmoke May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

functional body=healthy body

@Biswajitvlogger May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

It's best to follow experienced medical advice. Most people don't even understand how human body function and how every human is different . Doctors who have understanding in human health do so much so to even investigate DNA of patients to understand every possibilities.

@wafflinxes5224 May 6, 2024 - 6:55 pm

When I visualize how do I wanna look, I visualize loid forger, pantheon, or braum
