If you don't mind bugs and strange whiteness from first-person view while driving in the car, graphics look very good, but only in static mode! When you start moving, everything turns into a smeared mess and looks terrible 🤢🤮

05:00 I'm guessing the wheels of cars not properly creating contact shadows are bugs. Hope they fix this later down the line with future UE5 games. Kinda wierd since I thought RT shadows already do just that.
when i run it on my pc (through the one in the editor) i get only 20 or so fps but its only using 13% of my gpu, do you know how to fix this?

It's so weird how our brains work. This looked unreal upon release (no pun intended) and now it's like alright.
Great things are becoming more efficient to use 1000 watt PSU's. These advances could only mean 5.0 PCIE slots will be out by summer(Prediction). Another update for console systems, separate and dedicated power line to the fuse box!!

im getting an error saying: game files required to initialize the global shader library are missing from… any one know any solutions?
I'm hoping that the inevitable PS5 Pro is the equivalent RTX 4090 so that we can play games that look this good in 4k 60fps. I'm also hoping that Epic updates UE5 with better lighting for lumen so that it looks more realistic and more cinematic. More updates I'm hoping for is Idrapr technology and the fps in the engine too.
Draw distance shouldn't be a problem with nanite? I don't really know anything about how these engines work but I thought nanite would eliminate draw distance issues and pop-ins!?

GTA 6 won't be anywhere near as good as this and rockstar should really switch to unreal engine 5.1 right now to get up to this caliber
just need $4000+ to run this at decent FPS, but at least in 5 years 10 at the most this demo will be nothing compared to how realistic it's all gotten
The real reason the city looks so familiar is because you were bombing around a very similar city with Franklin, Michael and Trevor in GTA5.
Where you spawned in, to the character's right, looks like where Michael and Franklin robbed that first Jewlery store together and woke Trevor from his exile
i kinda just wanna have a walk in the city i feel like i am realy there, so realistic, the way they creat that demo is phenomenal, i wish they use this city in a future game like a realistic open world game, if they did that, it will be isane

all games should be based on these graphics. because what most calls my attention, in this aspect, are those serrations on the edges of things that don't have. And in this game this is fixed
Honestly? It's good. I believe there's work to be done in the textures though. Obviously, anything 'shiny' will look more realistic as our brains buy into the reflections. The stone textures, building concrete, and many other things seem to lack AO shading or something. They just look flat still and not equal in quality to the many other textures. For gaming? THIS IS KILLER AWESOME. If we are going for 'realistic' VR world? Mah. Come back in five years. Then you truly will have a hard time telling REAL from synth. 😉
