They robbed him, knowing Apple was on the table but not without their cash. I know it's business but this guy had already opened the door with big companies. I also think Theo and Peter's hold of their own sectors is lessening hence them on here to widen their own portfolios

Tech21 is now worth almost £19 million with £62 million in assets. I would say he didn’t overvalue the business.

Not sure how he went for this other than desperately needing the £100k... Peter and Touker's deal values his company at £375,000 - he's projecting £1.5mil (with the deals already done to back that up) - he did £650,000 last year - so he's already proved his company can turnover double what they valued it at and his margin's don't look too shabby either. If he's already doing deals with Apple, frankly what does Peter (or Touker) bring to the table to justify anywhere near that.

For a company making that revenue I would not have sold 40% if my company. A basic logarithmic mathematical chart shows that his sales would increase with or without help. I would’ve walked away and gone to a bank to offer me that 100k. He already had opened doors himself and just needed the money so idk what went thru his head there.

When I was in cell sales these were some of our better selling cases because they were $10 less than OtterBox Commuter and Symmetry cases, slightly more streamlined and very protective. Only thing some customers didn't like was we didn't have many colors (black or clear) and the clear would yellow pretty quickly but their customer support would almost always ship people a new one when that happened.
