I am interested in [GENZ] asking for a flip phone. Flip phones are great! I'm a Japanese essayist. The name is Mikan Oshidari(忍足みかん🍊♥). I'm using a translation tool, so I'm sorry if my English isn't good. I published a book called [I want to stop being a slave to my smartphone]. As the title suggests, I was addicted to my smartphone, so I switched to a flip phone. It's all about mental health. Flip phones are comfortable. It makes sense that [GENZ], who have had smartphones since childhood, would want a flip phone. Smartphones are addictive. It's convenient, but painful. Smartphone addiction is [normal] for people these days, so people think I'm a weirdo or weirdo for using a flip phone. sad. I hope that flip phones will be reevaluated around the world and that smartphone addiction will be seen as a problem. Please feature flip phones again.
HOLY FUCK THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY! I didn't see any of that gory stuff coming. That was NUTTS! How they managed to pull that bit off in that detail i'll NEVER KNOW… nor do i want too. looked SUPER realistic. the flag in the eye REALLY got me. I had to look away.
Lol 4:08
Young people are stupid
The end of this got very stupid. But the rest was pretty entertaining. “My p** is totally s*****.” Yeah I’m sure that is what it said.
Gen z here. I don't miss flip phones and digital cameras. But i do have one 120 year old typewriter, a typewriter from the 50s, and an 20s Kodak Hawkeye camera.
Some aspects of "vintage" I will not miss lol.
I remember when I was a teenager and there were no digital cameras. Ready rolls where taken to kodak shops, but we also had extra curricular studies to learn how to develop film into b&w pictures in the darkroom. It was common knowledge that it was mostly used by students for getting high on the chemical fumes or gay sex. Except in my case, I used them for both.
love flip phones nice ans updated easy to use unbelieveable get one
I held it together at the first stabbing, but I absolute lost it on the second. 😂
I'm going to flag this as inappropriate
Dinner escalated quickly
I learned Semafor with my scout group. We were able to use it. It was much faster than Morse code with the smae flags. But I have forgotten it since.
I like the ending, Also bring back the Swords ⚔️ & Shields 🛡️only then we can finally talk!? 😂 like the old days.. 🤩
Why not both, cable and BT.
1:24 the flip phone? OMG, I grew up with that and now I feel old…at 30 years of age.
Now do Wuthering Heights!
Revelation "To Reveal Something"
"What'll it be?" -Lloyd, "The Shining"
Firstly, I am convinced that insanity, ghosts, possession, all begin when a person realizes they have been ignorant their whole lives and make their first breakthroughs. Hey. The truth destroys empires, mostly because they are filled with blind idiots. America is slowly discovering it was an ignorant hick. It was a deadly combination of the Occult, scientific discovery, invention, failed war, and constant political advice that led to the downfall of medieval Prussia. This is a combination, much like what exists today. It was the ushering in of these truths that did it. This is not to mention the rise of paper money and the revealing of the math system's actual truths. If one wants to know how to crash an entire empire, this would be the formula. Next thing they know, there's an inquisition, etc. Ha ha ha ha. I can only laugh. What goes around seems to come around, huh? We should have the political right to spank Americans for just existing. Move in the real books, not your old Waldenbooks (R) choice? Information (yes, books) are literally the way to both conquer and destroy the world. Some Americans were literally starved for real books and waiting for antiquity and dark ages history like a pinata that never showed up.
Note* I'm not going to show you what is what by getting a better job. I know that tactic they use.
Absolutely hilarious towards the end lol! Total chaos!!
this isnt funny. hey feds! i said this isnt funny
Flip phones do have cameras, Einstein Colbert
1:26 Oh crap, I’ve been exposed
Get your ipods out its gonna be a PODCAST YEAR AGAIN NOW you gotta drag all that back outta the closets😂
Watch viral videos of tweens doing this ish pop up to troll Stephen 😂
A lot of people don't realize the semaphore letters were what inspired the 1960s "peace sign"
it was N and D for "nuclear disarmament" (N being like 6:00 clock hands and D being like 4:40 clock hands),
when you overlap the N and the D positions that inspired the shape,
Today's flip phones are smart and the only thing retro about them is their small-sized and hinged. I saw a demo of a cheap one (~$10-$20) and couldn't believe the features. If it wasn't for the screen size, I'd switch to something in that neighborhood, but a little higher-end. I miss a phone that was comfortable to hold and carry.
1:40 yes they did.
In all seriousness, the sketch's ending got past CBS' Standards & Practices department.
Me expecting 2 cups and a string.
What about pagers? Are the kids gonna get into those?
Tech themed jokes, made by none tech people, well, it is what it is.
aww my flip phones all had camera’s
Texting also takes 10 minutes for a yes or no… or longer. I have stuff to do. I'm not waiting on a reply.
hillarious, steve, but it's not the restro we looking for, try go further back..
OMG!!!!!!!! 😍😎😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂😃🤣😂😆😅 The ending skit is outrageously, shockingly hilarious, lol.
Stephen Colbert, The Late Show, Paramount+ steal labor. They haven't paid for work received despite agreement to do so. They used the material and have ignored invoices. Guess they support slave labor over honest business.
Months ago, we had no response. Then payment was received, then payment was later revoked. Evidentially the crooks are high up and don't care if they commit fraud, labor theft, or use their office to abuse artists.
For every comment deleted and censored, 100 contacts get added to a CRM where the deets are shared. Current count of the day: 1300
That was hilarious!!!!!😂😂
Really….I bet that was Stephen idea…he uses that on his yacht
10 min? Faster than deciding dinner with text.
