Each time I see some fail on the running mill thingy, I get so bad flashbacks to when I was a kid, and I fell on it, but kept holding on, causing the skin of my knees and feet to burn away. There wasn't any blood, the mat burned the wounds closed immediately.

I was around 8-9, and I was at my father's place, who placed ICE STRAIGHT ON THE WOUNDS.
I didn't receive proper medical attention until maybe... 2-3 days after that, when I went back home to my mom.
(She's done first aid courses and knew how to clean and care for the wounds)
When I was at my father's, I could barely sleep for the few days, due to the amount of pain I was in. I wasn't even given painkiller because my father didn't have it.

Now I can go to the gym and feel normal thanks to these people that use equipment completely wrong. Well most of them anyway. It’s wild to see people actually do this 😂 I wish I could find them at my gym 😂
