Sounds like the narrator is a Liberal
HE IS MUTE FOR FUCK SAKE!
John Ford's film about the wild west meeting progress in the form of the new lawyer come to town and statehood arriving as well, which the cattle barons did NOT want.
In 2007, the film was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant.
Plus I’m surprised magnificent seven isn’t in here
If you wanna watch something that feels like RDR 2, in terms of environment, atmosphere, architecture and breeze, I recommend:
- The Outlaw Josey Wales
- Pale Rider
- Tombstone
- Lonesome Dove
- McCabe and Mrs. Miller
- 3:10 to Yuma
- Unforgiven
Now, if you wanna watch something that feels like RDR 2, in terms of Story and some other elements, like dialogs, I recommend:
- Once Upon a Time in the West
- The Hateful Eight
- The Wild Bunch
- Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid
Of course there are some very good other western movies, but I didn't put them on the list because you don't feel like RDR 2.
