There are WAY better Korean films than these. Breathless, The Wailing, Park Chan Wook’s stuff, Memories of Murder, I saw the devil, and many, MANY more.

South Korean films and series (romcom/action/thriller/horor, doesn't matter wich genre) are the best imho.
Since I discovered CLOY/Netflix, I wanted more made in SK, so I kept searching and watching.
Since then, 2019 (yeah, I'm a newbe lol) I've never watched a Hollywood/made in the USA film/series again.
Now, with all the lies/propaganda which Hollywood 'stars' are co spreading, I boycot it all.
BTW, Korean actors, even the children, are soooo good in acting. I forget who the actor is, only see the character. THEN, they're the best imo.
I have a list of favorites, (young/old and in between) have seen lots of their work, but, lots to discover, especially the older series/films. I love older series/films btw.
I also love how Korean writers mix different genres.
They can let me burst into laughter while my cheeks and eyes are wet from tears because something very sad happened just before and vice versa. Tummy ache from laughter and bursting into tears, or being scared all of the sudden. Great work.
I'm from Western Europe, 58 years btw.
