I would have taken the 600k. What fool would not take the 600k? Only that fool. There is no one going to pay 750k for a stupid guitar. I don't care who played it.

I don't see why he would have ever walked into a pawn shop knowing it would likely go for over 1 million at auction. Seems like a scripted set up.

That guitar is not worth more than $10,000. ($8,000 for the story & $2,000 for the guitar) It will not play better because Jimmy Hendrix played it. I speak as a guitarist. We should stop worshiping people and appreciate the music they created. The instrument is just a tool.

Personally, I wouldn't have sold it ever, Jimi was a legend on the guitar.
