The Artist with Multiple Personalities

Kim Noble is an artist with a difference – twenty of them, in fact. After suffering childhood abuse, Kim’s mind split into twenty distinct personalities to cope with the trauma. Over a dozen personalities are painters, including Judy the bulimic teenager, a gay man named Ken, and a mother called Patricia.

While Kim was diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder (DID) and raising her daughter Aimee, she and her various personalities began painting as a way of understanding their own complex mind.

Now Aimee is at university studying law, and Kim is a world-renowned artist who exhibits her work internationally. VICE meets her on the eve of her group show at the Zebra One Gallery in London, aimed at raising awareness of mental health in art.

Toney Podesta, a prominent DC lobbyist who worked on the Clinton Campaign in 2016, collects pedofilic "art" and owns some of Kim "Ria Pratt" Noble's artwork depicting abuse. He owns painting by other artists showing children suspended from behind by with a cord around the breast and under the arms, just like the two figures in one of paintings shown @ 3:53. The painting @ 3:50 likely explains the stains on the matresses in the Chabad Tunnels under NYC. Kim Noble may be cuted with an exorcism.

And just think all those years people fought to be taken seriously and now tons of people are faking/making fun of people with DID/PTSD/Depression/Anxiety etc for money/views/attention online. Fucking sad because those of us with real mental health issues suffer because of them. Just like those of us with chronic pain cant get treated properly anymore from people abusing/selling prescriptions and doing other substances

I think sussie is the one who gave birth and holds the trauma of losing the child, its sad how thungs affect us beyond repair that we go to a stageto form personalities to cope

I wonder if personality disorder is a different form of medium? Like individual spirits being able to come threw and stay with her body, being able to express threw the art. When she has no memory, she could have been in a state of possession? Not always a bad thing. I think people like her a very special. 💛

Beautiful video. Beautiful person. It saddens me that today people with DID are still denied recognition of their condition or their rights to work, live, raise a child, consent for themselves in many spaces. It’s a misunderstood condition and everyone needs to do a little better at trying to understand people of all kinds, people struggling with different conditions, people who just express themselves differently. Everyone. Acceptance goes a long way.
