Have any FREE apps you like that do the same thing!? Post them here!

Man Hevy or Gymaholic are much better than Fitbod
@edgertondavis8441 April 5, 2024 - 4:32 am
Been using FitBod (paid) for 2 years even when I skipped the gym for 6months and I love it

If you are willing to essentially pay an extra $12 a month for your gym membership, this is app is essential for beginner and intermediate gymrats 💪🐀

Can you change exercises in the Fitbod app on the watch itself or is this only possible on the phone? (Does anyone know?)
@TamerBekir April 5, 2024 - 4:32 am
Fitbod is the best app, at least to me, when it comes to working out. I have used many others, but fitbod is above and beyond with their features. I have been using it since 2013 when it was a free app! Anyways, my only complaint is that the app on the watch shows your workouts, which is nice, but not your HR zones so when the workout is done you get a single average of your workout and no breakdown. I hope they add this feature soon. I need to be able to see my HR when working out.

Great video mate!! Thank you very much!

You should have a must have finance app since these "must haves" work out to $250/yr

@6:16 I am using Chipr for 1 month and agree with your recommendation: it’s free (well, you pay with some of your private data), basic, does the job!

What is the 50% off Lifesum code? Hopefully it hasn't expired

Like many others I want a phone free setup! On top, the App subscriptions per year I need, pay for (half) a Garmin watch with everything built in and a phone free setup, sadly.

StressFace app uses HRV to tell you when you are too fatigued to train. Simple 1-10 stress score… fatigue shows up as stress with HRV

Can you recommend an app which gives you total calories burned? Not just active calories

Okayish video related to mental health apps. Had high expectations. I not sure 🤔 why do you need Calm or Mindspace, if you’re taking therapy. Shouldn’t your therapist give u links to meditation videos on youtube that are free based on your custom mental issues. Overall, most mental apps showed in video aren’t very useful. But, there aren’t extremely good apps in the market yet 😔. Great attempt from the Youtuber based on the apps available in the market.

I have a question about the Activity app. (I don't believe it was mentioned here) I just can't find the answer anywhere.
I'm new to Apple Watch...Does the Activity App (or other apps) need Background App Refresh on to work properly?
thank you

Great video Brandon! Your original video helped me choose the AW7 over the Whoop. I used to have the Whoop 3.0 but it just wasn't what I wanted but I did like the strain/recovery element. Athlytic is great but I haven't gone for the paid version yet... Would you say the Pro version is essential if you want the closest Whoop like experience?
Got Pillow on the go too which is also great!

Cheers!

I agree with you on the Fitbod app. I think it’s one of the best apps out there for working on muscles group that provides video instructions. I found the app very useful just wish the price was a little bit cheaper. Great review and excellent video work.
