I love this guy but he doesn’t know how genetically lucky he is to have those abs and eat like that. Yes, I worked out with heavy weights five days a week for years and did not ever get those abs or even close. To his credit, when he says to see a genetic doctor, yes mine did tell me I was predisposed to being heavy so he’s not wrong about that. Still my favorite Hollywood star.

So, it is not true that working out increases testosterone. As I understood, he was low in testosterone right in the middle of making himself a beast!?

I’m not a hater. I’m a fan. But he did not get a physic like that naturally for season one with low testosterone levels in his body. He jumped on gear for the role as anyone else would. After he cycled off, yes… I would imagine he had low to no testosterone naturally being produced and then got back on the juice. It doesn’t take away from the hard work.. but we need to be honest to the kids who look up to you.

I like Alan. But a comment on Testosterone. I had mine tested throughout my years. It was low and I did get replacement. Then last year my PSA was tested. It was elevated. I then had further testing and found to have Prostate Cancer. The short of my storly is…..I found that testosteron is like food for the cancer. Now on a medication to block testosterone. The way I feel about it is…I can continue to workout and exercise and live……or….get testosterone and elevate the progress of cancer.

As he said: “Testo is a wonder drug” I thought: Well, as with all drugs, it’s hard to get off of them. So, if you take testo your body will stop completely to produce own testo after a while FOREVER. When you stop taking testo for some reason (money, sickness e.g. cancer, immun disease….) you are becoming a WALKING DEATH for the rest of your life!!!
