I do think Justin is correct...now that both have careers that have survived.....HE AND HALEY need to start a family...many of us have noted this**8. Time is of the essence. God creates your children in his image and says the sacraments of marriage/children. Baptism etc. We are hoping you two have little ones by now. I really dont think it's any of these things. I think Biebs wasn't ready. Like mentally and physically, I dont think he was in the place to be up there perfoming. He knows he would need to bring his A game on this stage and with Usher who both him and the world considers the top of the singing and dancing crop. And I don't think he felt he could bring everything he would want to bring on that stage in his current condition. He's clearly still healing and recovering. You can see that just from how he looks sitting there at the Superbowl. Praying for him.
