As a licensed Physical Therapist, the most common reason the lateral ankle is sprained is actually due to a combination of weak ankle everter muscles like peroneals, high arches, a tight tibialis posterior muscle and overall joint ligamentous laxity. To correct simply stretch tib posterior strengthen the everters, and get a lateral shoe wedge to put the foot in a more pronated position while in weight bearing.

After having acl surgery my family is telling me the only way to avoid it happening again is to quit sports, I ain't quitting soccer no matter what the hell happens to me

I sprained my MCL on a trampoline and it took 2 months for me to walk properly and about 6-7 months for me to be able to run without too much pain

My dad had a groin strain in 2012, he still hasn't been the same. He can't run as long and doesn't have good stamina anymore. Just wanted to say to anyone that has that injury to be careful, it can fuck with you
@deadphoenix5678 March 31, 2024 - 4:33 pm
Lower Back Pain is no injury - its a sympton that probably comes from an injury.
