I disagree with the fact that you called it the most original films of all time because it's not so much about the movie/film itself but more about the actual camera capturing and cinematography than the overall film incorporating story, dialogue and narrative.

I believe that the Truman show is original even though reality TV is not new and wasn't back then but creating a reality show with one man and directing his fate and deceiving everyone especially Truman that this was all organic was brilliant

Reflexivity is not that original. Many film makers use it as a method to examine the medium itself as a way to provide a better lens for the audience through which to experience the story.
