If Sutton really wanted to run:
1. Money into an offshore account.
2. Get to Miami, maybe Palm Beach or south. Longer boat ride.
3. Hire a speed boat to the Bahamas. Easy boat trip outside of customs. Many don't realize it is an independent country formerly a British possession.
4. If he doesn't have a passport he might be stuck there or maybe do some island hopping to else where in the region. Maybe a counterfeit passport once you get to the Bahamas. There are plenty of people with boats that would gladly help him out with this. Especially outside of U.S. territorial waters.
5. If he has a passport he can get pretty much anywhere in the world from there unless the U.S. puts him on INTERPOL. Which is highly doubtful for the crimes he accused of.
6. End up in Costa Rica or someplace friendly to Americans and the dollar.
7. Toes in the sand drinking fruity drinks watching the Lions win the SB next year.
While I've never done all of these steps together I've done enough of them individually to know its quite possible. For the record I have never even inquired about a fake passport. Just a theory.

I defended him all season and was looking forward to him showing he's a good CB when he's not the #1 cb. But I have no respect for a man who hits a woman ( IF TRUE) . Also if true hope the lady is ok and hope cam does the right thing and safely turns himself in. 2nd I hope this wasn't a fabricated story and someone hurt or killed cam that's why there's no movement or contact. I truly hope that's not the case.

Agree, love that they let Sutton go. I know there needs to be due process and all of that but the Lions don’t need that type of shadow over their team just because they’re a good team now and he’s a good player… zero tolerance for domestic violence and if you’re innocent and can prove that great, good luck in your career in the future.

Mr Sutton's path lies elsewhere and he is now forced to tread down/upon it. All things happen for a reason. Said reasons are far more important than a fking meaningless game like football…. which is rigged and extremely corrupt anyway!

Lions biggest winning factors are that they have a nucleus of 4 year contracted players that are going to master their positions and their coaches philosophies in their third year . . . Watch out as these incredible elements become a high-powered compound

Proud of our Lions for making this difficult decision to Sutton whether he's guilty or innocent it's just not a good look for the franchise. Growing up in Texas I've seen this many times with the cowboys where a player get into trouble and costs the team dearly. I'm glad my team holds these guys accountable for their mistakes.
Linemen are key on every play! They need Defensive (D. Robinson) & Offensive linemen, (Zack Frazer or Zinter) then Corner… we have the Receivers, & if they are still worried, reach out to Josh Reynolds…
The Lions are not going to draft a WR in the 1st round. They have a great WR in St. Brown, a game breaker in Jamo, and a tall WR in JDP. The Lions will most likely draft OL or DL for the first round. Personally, I would like to see them draft Roman Wilson in the 2nd round if available – due to his good speed and reliable hands.

There was 1 other incident, yr 1, when 2 players were in a vehicle driving the wrong way on the interstate late at night around training camp. But yes, both were cut immediately.

Everyone has to remember there are 7 rounds in the draft if you don't get a pass rusher or big receiver at 29 you got the other rounds. Just chill and let Brad do is thing.
Perhaps send Dan Gamble back to coaching school over the offseason and train him on when to and not to go for it on 4th down. Maybe if you can get that through his kneecap biting thick head we may be able to go further in the playoffs.
And funny how everybody has him guilty and awaiting sentencing, yet NOBODY has heard from him since BEFORE this alleged incident took place to even find out what all happened.. WAY TOO MANY QUESTIONS AND NO ANSWERS.. police can’t and haven’t been able to find or make contact with him yet make a statement that there’s no need for concern for HIS safety… his vehicle was caught on traffic cams but can’t determine who the driver is.. Everybody close to him(players,coaches,friends and family) has stated that it’s WAY outta his character even with him going through the situation with his babymomma… my point is this, even O.J. was sighted quicker and there’s TONS more cameras now. I Pray that the young lady is getting better & Cam is alright mentally and especially spiritually.
I understand that everyone wants to know what's going on and how this affects the Lions (out team) BUT to me it's kinda irresponsible and disrespectful to make jokes and suggestions as to what should the Lions do. Until confirmed information from reliable sources (that really know what's going on) it's better to let the whole dilemma play itself out.
